Jesus had said that in the world you have much tribulation, much trials, much difficulties but we who trust in the Lord need not be anxious.  Jesus promised us His peace. 

 John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."  

So how do we respond in times like this?  Rejoice!  Be of good cheer!  Sing Hallelujah! We need to praise and worship God.

When King Jehoshaphat was faced with a huge crisis that affected him and his nation, he turned to the Lord and said.  "My eyes are upon you".  What a powerful declaration and position he has set before the Lord.  No matter what happens Lord.."my eyes are upon you".  Not on the circumstances, not on their threats, not on the economy but upon the Lord. 

There was given to him a powerful word that God will do the battle for Him and all he had to do was believe the Lord and believe his prophets and what did he do as a sign of his trust in the Lord?  He brought all the priests and Levites and singers and musicians and they worshipped the Lord.  These worshippers were placed before the battle array, before all his valiant men and warriors. 

Yeah we need to place God before all our natural abilities and let His supernatural power and glory fill our lives.  He is a Mighty warrior!  He is the Lord of Lords! He is the King of kings! There is no one like our God.  So let Him take the first place and the highest place in your life, work or  in your decisions.  These worshippers welcomed the King of Glory in their worship and the Lord did a glorious work before their eyes.

If you really lost you job, sing for joy because God has a much better assignment for you.

If you are in huge debts, rejoice! Because God is faithful in making sure that His part of the deal in His covenant promise of tithing, works.  He'll rebuke the devourer of every giver in His kingdom.  He'll also return to you with interest when you sow into His bank.

What if your marriage is in rocks?  Be at peace with God.     Sometimes, your spouse whom you love dearly can be like an enemy in a hot disagreement.  Don't give up in your frustration.  Turn to the Lord and pour out to Him.  Please the Lord in your submission to Him and His word.  Obey His word, ask forgiveness from your spouse and walk in love.  Bless (do not curse) and pray for your spouse.

Proverbs 16:7 When a man's ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

What if your children are straying away or are in the clutches of the enemy?  Your prayer is the key God uses to defeat His foe.  Your prayer is your plea for His intervention into the situation.  The words of your prayer releases angels on assignment to work that miracle for you.  Pray and rejoice because God is a prayer answering God.

In the storms of your crisis, let His peace be with you because He is the Prince of Peace.  If Jesus is in your boat, then your boat will not sink but ride above the gigantic  waves and storms that seek to destroy you.
